You can also be completely asleep before or during the session, as it caters to a very relaxed state for receiving Reons.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can be in a sitting position as well, whatever makes you the most comfortable. You can drink water during the session if needed and use the bathroom.
